Role Summary

Looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, compliance, employee engagement, leave management, and exit processes.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Support recruitment — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews & offer rollouts

✔ Manage onboarding, documentation, HRMS, and payroll inputs

✔ Handle PF, ESI, health insurance & statutory compliance updates

✔ Maintain attendance & leave data in coordination with team leads

✔ Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives

✔ Prepare weekly recruitment reports & maintain HR records

✔ Manage exit processes — asset collection, documentation & experience letters

Skills We’re Seeking

-Strong communication & coordination skills

-Recruitment & HR operations knowledge

-MS Office + knowledge of HR tools

-People handling & problem-solving abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
