Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews
  • Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities
  • Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs

Employee Records & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate employee files, contracts, and HR records
  • Update HR databases and personnel information regularly
  • Handle employee verification and documentation

Attendance & Payroll Support

  • Track attendance, leaves, and shift schedules
  • Coordinate with payroll team/consultant for salary processing
  • Ensure timely submission of attendance and payroll data

Compliance & Statutory Support

  • Assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, labor laws, etc.)
  • Maintain registers and records as per labor law requirements
  • Support audits and inspections when required

Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
  • Assist in grievance handling and disciplinary processes
  • Support employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives

HR Operations & Reporting

  • Prepare HR reports (headcount, attrition, attendance, etc.)
  • Support performance appraisal and training coordination
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
