Human Resource Executive

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive who will play a key role in recruitment and coordination across all Tansen Sangeet Mahavidyalaya centres in Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching staff across all centres.
• Liaison with centre heads to understand manpower requirements and HR-related concerns.
• Coordinate and manage examination-related activities, including staff communication and documentation.
• Manage franchise calling, follow-ups, and coordination with existing and prospective franchise partners.
• Maintain employee records, recruitment data, and HR reports.
• Ensure smooth communication between head office and centres.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹34,318.99 per month
