Job brief
We are looking for a proactive and organized Human Resource Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations at EvolveDash. This role goes beyond traditional HR and plays a key part in keeping teams accountable, improving productivity, and supporting leadership with people operations, KPIs, and compliance.
You will work closely with founders, operations, and team leads to ensure hiring, attendance, performance tracking, and internal processes run smoothly.
Responsibilities
1. Core HR Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding

Maintain employee records, contracts, and documentation

Handle attendance, leaves, holidays, and time tracking coordination

Manage probation, confirmations, exits, and offboarding processes

Act as the primary point of contact for employee HR queries
2. Performance & Operations Support

Track team KPIs and ensure updates in Jira and internal tools

Follow up with teams on deadlines, task closures, and productivity issues

Prepare weekly and monthly HR and performance reports for management

Support leadership in implementing HR policies, SOPs, and discipline processes

Assist in coordinating appraisals, feedback cycles, and performance reviews
3. Culture & Compliance

Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor practices

Support initiatives related to employee engagement and workplace culture

Help enforce professional conduct, office rules, and accountability standards
Requirements
-
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

1 to 2 years of experience in an HR Executive or HR Operations role

Experience working with software teams or tech companies is a plus

Strong understanding of recruitment, HR operations, and performance tracking

Comfortable working with tools like Google Workspace, Jira, Rippling, Deel, Bullhorn, or similar platforms

Strong follow-up, documentation, and communication skills

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
