Human Resource Executive

Please note: This is an onsite night shift (7pm to 4am) position. No remote/other shifts are available.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, punctuality, and shift monitoring.
  • Assist in payroll coordination by preparing attendance and employee data.
  • Ensure employee files, contracts, NDAs, and HR documents are properly maintained.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes efficiently.
  • Coordinate issuance of company assets, ID cards, and access credentials.

Recruitment Coordination

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Post job openings on recruitment platforms and social media.
  • Screen resumes and maintain candidate databases.
  • Coordinate walk-in interviews and candidate communication.

Employee Relations

  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Assist in disciplinary documentation, warning letters, and corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs and workplace policies.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Prepare HR reports related to attendance, hiring, attrition, and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies.
  • Support audits and documentation requirements.
  • Assist in developing and improving HR SOPs and workflows.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
