Human Resource Generalist

India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
  • Employee Relations
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Address grievances and provide guidance to employees and managers.
  • Performance Management
  • Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems.
  • Track employee performance and support managers in performance reviews.
  • Training & Development
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
  • Maintain training records and ensure compliance with requirements.
  • HR Operations
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, payroll inputs, HRIS).
  • Support payroll processing and statutory compliance.
  • Draft HR letters, policies, and maintain documentation.
  • Compliance & Policy Implementation
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Assist in audits and HR-related reporting.
  • Engagement & Culture
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
  • Promote positive workplace culture.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
