Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
- Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Address grievances and provide guidance to employees and managers.
- Performance Management
- Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems.
- Track employee performance and support managers in performance reviews.
- Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with requirements.
- HR Operations
- Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, payroll inputs, HRIS).
- Support payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Draft HR letters, policies, and maintain documentation.
- Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational policies.
- Assist in audits and HR-related reporting.
- Engagement & Culture
- Organize employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
- Promote positive workplace culture.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
