Job Role - HR Generalist (Recruitment cum Generalist )

Job Location - Goregaon East

Working Days - Monday - Saturday ( 2nd & 4th Saturday off )

Job Timings - 10am -7pm

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the companys staffing needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Writing and updating job descriptions to clearly define the roles and responsibilities of the positions to be filled.
• Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Review resumes and applications to identify relevant skills and qualifications.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and teams.
• Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates.
• Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Evaluate and improve the efficiency of the recruitment process.
• Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
• Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other databases.
• Assisting new hires with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
• Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and other employment-related paperwork.
• Responsible for managing onboarding and exit formalities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience of 3-8 years in a similar role .
• Experience in developing recruitment strategy.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
