- Handle all regular HR work activities.
- Payroll, give monthly attendance details to accounts and support for salary credit every month.
- Maintain leaves and other process in Kredily, app used by our company.
- Handle employee grievances, queries etc.
- Handle recruitment as required, handle joining process, exist process & hand over process.
- Coordinate for PF and other legal formalities.
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
