  • Handle all regular HR work activities.
  • Payroll, give monthly attendance details to accounts and support for salary credit every month.
  • Maintain leaves and other process in Kredily, app used by our company.
  • Handle employee grievances, queries etc.
  • Handle recruitment as required, handle joining process, exist process & hand over process.
  • Coordinate for PF and other legal formalities.
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
