Working Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)

Key Responsibilities:
Employee onboarding & record management
Support payroll & attendance processes
Assist in recruitment & performance appraisals
Organize employee engagement activities
Ensure compliance with policies & labour regulations

Requirements:
Master of Business Administration (MBA in HR preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Comfortable working in night shift schedules
