About Us:
GeMTech PARAS is a Delhi-based consulting firm specializing in Government e-Marketplace (GeM) services. We help businesses with GeM registration, bidding, and compliance through our unique Pay After Success model.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated HR Executive to manage HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement. This is a great opportunity to make an impact while growing in the HR field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, and interview coordination
• Handle onboarding and exit processes
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Plan and support employee engagement activities and HR policy implementation
• Address employee queries on policies, payroll, and benefits
• Provide administrative and compliance support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
• Preferable 1+ years of relevant HR experience (preferably corporate or consulting)
• Good communication, organizational, and MS Office skills
• Professionalism, confidentiality, and solution-oriented mindset
