Human Resource Intern

• Position: Human Resources Intern
• Location: On-site (Kolkata)
• Stipend: Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 8,000 (Depends on performance, knowledge and interview)
• Duration: 3-6 Months

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles
• Coordinate and schedule interviews
• Assist in onboarding and maintaining HR records
• Support day-to-day HR operations

Requirements:

• Graduate/Final year student in HR/Management or related field
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
