1. Primary Expectations & Responsibilities

The intern will be expected to own the initial stages of the recruitment pipeline.

  • Sourcing: Proactively search and identify candidates across platforms (LinkedIn, job boards) for roles in Tech, Marketing, and Operations.

KPI: 50+ quality profiles screened and logged monthly.

  • Screening: Conduct initial resume screening and professional phone interviews to assess basic qualifications and cultural fit.

KPI: 15+ scheduled interviews with hiring managers monthly.

  • Coordination: Manage the end-to-end interview scheduling process, including calendar invites and timely communication.

KPI: Adhere to a 4-hour response window for all candidate and internal scheduling queries.

  • Data Integrity: Accurately input and update all candidate statuses, notes, and records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

KPI: Zero data entry errors in the ATS for assigned roles.

  • Project Support: Assist in drafting engaging job descriptions and preparing weekly/monthly recruitment performance reports.

2. Key Learnings Provided by StockDaddy

This internship is structured to provide valuable, marketable skills:

  • Advanced Sourcing: Learn and apply Boolean search logic and advanced filtering on professional tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Structured Interviewing: Receive training on how to conduct effective competency-based and behavioral interviews.
  • ATS Mastery: Gain practical, daily experience using a professional Applicant Tracking System—the core tool of modern HR.
  • Data-Driven HR: Understand how to track, analyze, and report on essential recruitment metrics (e.g., source-of-hire, conversion rates).
  • FinTech Exposure: Direct insight into the skills and roles required to scale a high-growth company in the FinTech space.

3. Non-Negotiable Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets).
  • Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and high integrity.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven attitude suited for a demanding startup environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
