Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, coordinating interviews, and candidate follow-ups.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing onboarding materials, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives, organizing events, and helping to create a positive workplace culture.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including tracking employee progress and maintaining performance records.
  • Support HR operations, including updating employee records, managing HR documentation, and assisting with HR compliance tasks.
  • Help with HR projects related to employee development, training programs, and policy updates.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure timely and accurate communication with employees.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in HR processes and practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
