HR Internship for 3 months.
Hybrid Work: 1-2 times per week from Mulund office, other days WFH.
Key responsibilities:
A. Hiring & talent acquisition support:
1. Assist in end-to-end hiring for tutors and internal roles.
2. Source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews.
3. Support tutor recruitment drives and evaluations.
4. Maintain hiring dashboards and reports.
B. HR operations & partner support:
1. Support day-to-day HR operations for tutors and staff.
2. Assist with onboarding and documentation..
C. Tutor workforce management:
1. Assist in tracking tutor performance metrics (attendance, quality, ratings).
2. Support engagement and retention initiatives.
D. Employee & tutor engagement:
Assist in planning engagement programs and communication campaigns.
E. Performance & learning support:
Coordinate performance cycles, goal tracking, and feedback.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
