About Kompass Immigration

We are looking for energetic and curious HR interns who want real corporate exposure, not just a certificate.

What You’ll Actually Do (Real Work, Not Just Observation)

As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR team and gain hands-on experience in:

• End-to-end recruitment: creating job postings, sourcing candidates, shortlisting, and interview coordination
• Using LinkedIn and job portals to build real candidate pipelines
• Communicating with candidates and learning professional hiring practices
• Supporting employee engagement activities and internal initiatives
• Assisting with training coordination and basic HR documentation

You will be involved in live hiring and HR projects from day one.
