Job Description:
Saleem Fabrics is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Human Resource Intern to join our team. As a Human Resource Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of HR operations within our dynamic organization. This internship is designed to provide exposure to the fundamentals of human resource management and assist in the execution of HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Participating in onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing paperwork.
- Supporting HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and managing documentation.
- Collaborating with HR team members to implement policies, procedures, and initiatives related to employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Assisting with benefits administration, including enrollment, inquiries, and updates.
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive HR information.
Requirement and Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of human resources.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Previous internship experience in HR or related field is a plus.
