Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic Forex brokerage team in Dubai. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance within the fast-paced financial services industry.

This role is ideal for recent graduates or students looking to build a career in Human Resources within the Forex/financial sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job vacancies on portals such as Indeed and LinkedIn
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Support onboarding and employee documentation processes
• Assist with visa documentation and compliance (as per UAE Labour Law)
• Support employee engagement activities and internal communications
• Perform general HR administrative duties

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication skills (English required; additional languages are a plus)
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Interest in financial markets or Forex industry is an advantage
