The Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive and eager B.Com graduate to join our People team. This internship is designed as a direct pipeline to a full-time career. You will gain hands-on experience across core HR functions, providing meaningful support while learning the fundamentals of Human Resources in a professional setting. What You Will Do

• Support Recruitment: Assist with drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
• Enable Onboarding: Help create a welcoming experience for new hires by preparing materials and facilitating their first-day introductions.
• Maintain HR Systems: Accurately update and maintain employee records in our digital HR systems.
• Drive Engagement: Contribute to projects that enhance our workplace culture, such as organizing team-building events or supporting internal communications.
• Assist with Operations: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including drafting documents, preparing reports, and managing schedules.
