Job Overview

H2O Labs is looking for a motivated Human Resources Intern to support our HR team with recruitment and HR operations. This is a great opportunity for students or fresh graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, candidate management, and HR processes while working in a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the HR team in recruitment and talent acquisition activities
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases and HR documentation
• Assist with employee onboarding processes
• Support HR operations and internal communication
• Help organize employee engagement initiatives

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office is preferred
