Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and people-oriented Human Resources (HR) Officer to manage HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. The HR Officer will play a vital role in fostering a positive workplace culture, supporting staff growth, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Organize and conduct onboarding programs to integrate new employees effectively.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving issues with professionalism.
  • Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Performance Management
  • Support managers in conducting performance reviews and setting KPIs.
  • Monitor employee performance and recommend development or improvement plans.
  • HR Administration & Compliance
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations.
  • Training & Development
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.
  • Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Policy & Culture Development
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies aligned with business goals.
  • Promote diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2–5 years) in HR or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HR software (HRMS) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
