Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and people-oriented Human Resources (HR) Officer to manage HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. The HR Officer will play a vital role in fostering a positive workplace culture, supporting staff growth, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Organize and conduct onboarding programs to integrate new employees effectively.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving issues with professionalism.
- Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Performance Management
- Support managers in conducting performance reviews and setting KPIs.
- Monitor employee performance and recommend development or improvement plans.
- HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations.
- Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.
- Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
- Policy & Culture Development
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies aligned with business goals.
- Promote diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (2–5 years) in HR or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with integrity and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HR software (HRMS) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
