Human Resource Manager

Position: HR Manager
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Job type: FTE

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in sales recruitment
• Strong understanding of sales team structures and metrics
• Proven experience managing HR operations in a growing organization
• Hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, Greenhouse, Workday)
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and influence senior stakeholders
