About the Role: HR Manager

We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive to handle day-to-day HR operations and create a positive, productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Maintain strong relationships and ensure smooth communication with clients.
• Office Management: Oversee daily office operations and maintain an efficient work environment.
• Team Management: Lead, motivate, and support staff to achieve organizational goals.
• Recruitment: Manage full-cycle hiring—from job postings to onboarding.

• Minimum 1 year of HR/administration experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Proficiency in HR software/Excel for documentation & reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,005.74 - ₹40,000.00 per month
