Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resource Manager to manage and enhance our people and performance processes while ensuring the implementation and compliance of HR policies and procedures. This role will play a pivotal part in fostering a high-performance culture, aligning employee goals with business objectives, and ensuring that HR practices are consistent, fair, and compliant with legal standards.
Key Responsibilities: People & Performance Management
- Drive the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback cycles.
- Support line managers in identifying and addressing performance gaps, training needs, and employee development plans.
- Promote a culture of continuous feedback, employee recognition, and accountability.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and support strategies to enhance team productivity and morale.
- Manage employee relations matters professionally and sensitively, resolving conflicts and grievances as needed.
Policy & Procedure Management
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with local labor laws and best practices.
- Ensure consistent communication and understanding of policies across all levels of the organization.
- Monitor compliance with HR policies and intervene when non-compliance occurs.
- Conduct periodic policy audits and recommend improvements to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
- Lead induction and onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in HR generalist roles with a focus on performance management and policy implementation.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
