Human Resource Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resource Manager to manage and enhance our people and performance processes while ensuring the implementation and compliance of HR policies and procedures. This role will play a pivotal part in fostering a high-performance culture, aligning employee goals with business objectives, and ensuring that HR practices are consistent, fair, and compliant with legal standards.

Key Responsibilities: People & Performance Management

  • Drive the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback cycles.
  • Support line managers in identifying and addressing performance gaps, training needs, and employee development plans.
  • Promote a culture of continuous feedback, employee recognition, and accountability.
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and support strategies to enhance team productivity and morale.
  • Manage employee relations matters professionally and sensitively, resolving conflicts and grievances as needed.

Policy & Procedure Management

  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with local labor laws and best practices.
  • Ensure consistent communication and understanding of policies across all levels of the organization.
  • Monitor compliance with HR policies and intervene when non-compliance occurs.
  • Conduct periodic policy audits and recommend improvements to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
  • Lead induction and onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in HR generalist roles with a focus on performance management and policy implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Human resources management: 2 years (Required)
