We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations from our Savannah, GA office. In this role, you will oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, orientations, employee relations, and compliance, while shaping a positive, high-performing culture that reflects our values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness. You will collaborate closely with management, inspire your HR team, and drive initiatives that enhance the employee experience, ensure operational excellence, and support the growth and success of every team member.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Drive full-cycle recruitment initiatives, specializing in high-volume hiring for hourly roles.
Manage high-volume orientations and oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are effectively integrated and fully prepared for their roles.
Develop strategies to meet business needs and workforce planning requirements.
Licensing & Compliance Management
Manage licensing requirements to ensure compliance and employee eligibility.
Coordinate with management to maintain proper credentialing and training for all employees.
Employee Relations
Provide coaching, counseling, and support to employees, addressing concerns proactively.
Foster a positive and compliant workplace environment.
Mediate disputes and resolve workplace conflicts while ensuring adherence to company policies and employment laws.
Organizational Skills & Administration
Maintain HR documentation, compliance records, and reporting with precision.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Support benefits administration, performance management, and related HR processes.
Leadership & Integrity
Uphold high ethical standards and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and engagement.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
At least 3-4 years of full cycle HR experience, with a focus on high-volume onboarding and hourly employee relations.
Core Competencies
Proven experience in high-volume onboarding for hourly positions.
Expertise in employee relations, including coaching, conflict resolution, and counseling.
Strong planning, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Professional demeanor with a commitment to integrity and ethical conduct.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
