About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources, general administration, and employee management.The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of UAE Labour Law, proven experience in HR strategy and people management, and excellent leadership skills to guide and support a growing team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with company objectives.
• Manage the entire employee lifecycle — recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and retention.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, including visa processing, payroll, benefits, and employee relations.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution with fairness and confidentiality.
• Lead HR initiatives to promote employee engagement, motivation, and career development.
• Supervise administrative operations including office management and facilities
• Manage employee accommodation, transportation, and company assets.
• Oversee document control, company legal renewals, and government-related procedures.
• Ensure efficient support services to all departments for smooth daily operations.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in an HR Manager role.
• Excellent knowledge of UAE Labour Law and government procedures.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership ability with experience managing a team.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems.
