Qualification :

• Candidates should be from 2022 -2023 batch MBA or PGDM graduate with specialisation in HR
• Should have at least 1 year of job experience in recruitment using platform such as Indeed and LinkedIn
• Only candidates living in Bangalore will be shortlisted.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates through various channels, with expertise in using platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate with Managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
• Participate in the interview process and provide feedback.
• Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documents and coordinating orientation activities.
• Assist in processing HR-related paperwork, such as employment contracts and forms.
• Plan and execute campus recruitment drives to attract top-tier talent from educational institutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities and colleges to ensure a strong pipeline of potential candidates.

Skills Required

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Working Days : Mon - Sat.

Working hours: Full Time - 9:00am-6:00pm

Working Mode : Hybrid

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
