Job Description:

• Location: On site (Bahawalpur)
• Human Resource Manager
• Offered Salary: PKR 250,000 / month
• Requirements:
• Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably within the construction or related industry
• Strong expertise in workforce planning, recruitment, and man power budgeting for large-scale projects
• Excellent knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and risk management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and employee relations skills &Experience managing diverse, site-based, and multi-location teams
• Responsibilities:
• Oversee HR reporting, labor law compliance, employee relations, and risk management. Provide strategic HR insights on talent acquisition, retention, performance management, and workforce development to support business growth
• Degree Title:
• BS or Masters in relevant field and subject
