About the Role: Join a leading healthcare organization as an HR Manager and drive strategies that shape our most valuable asset—our people. You’ll oversee recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management while fostering a supportive and high-performing work culture.

Responsibilities: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes. Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and training programs. Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices. Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.

Requirements: Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR systems. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
