Salary: PKR 50,000 – 70,000

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage our recruitment operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hiring technical talent, particularly software engineers and developers, and possess excellent communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles, especially software engineers and developers
• Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments of candidates
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups
• Handle offer negotiations and onboarding processes
• Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring metrics
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hiring programmers/developers
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of technical roles and skillsets
• Ability to work independently during night shift hours
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a recruitment agency or tech hiring environment
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
