Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and confident Female HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be professional, organized, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment and selection process.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Handle onboarding and exit formalities.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and attendance management.
  • Coordinate training and development activities.
  • Address employee queries and grievances professionally.
  • Support in implementing HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of HR experience (Fresh candidates may also apply).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR-related software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
