Human Resource Professional | Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Address staff queries related to HR policies and procedures
• Assist in performance management and training coordination

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 03 to 04 years of experience in HR or related roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently during night hours
• Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices in Pakistan
