Working on end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling & following up with the candidates in all the processes till joining)
Understanding the client's requirements and shortlisting accordingly.

Required Candidate profile

A minimum of 6 months of Recruitment Experience from Consultancy is an added advantage.
Laptop, Wifi, and an Android mobile are a must.
Excellent Communication skills in English and Hindi.
