Role Overview

We are hiring a Human Resources Executive who specializes in recruitment, hiring strategy, and employer branding. The ideal candidate should know how to attract high-quality talent by creating engaging and appealing HR content, alongside managing the full hiring cycle and core HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Talent Acquisition: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with departmental and company needs.
• Create engaging content (posts, visuals, short write-ups) for social media and hiring platforms to attract top talent.
• Manage HR documentation, attendance systems, performance tracking, and internal processes.
• Conduct employee onboarding, engagement activities, and assist in building a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and improve recruitment funnels.
• Improve the overall employer branding through creative HR initiatives.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on HR experience, specifically in talent acquisition.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to create creative and attractive hiring content for social media and job platforms.
• Experience in interviewing and evaluating candidates effectively.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and people management skills.
• Proactive personality with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
