What You’ll Do

  • Track and document employee training, certifications, and compliance.
  • Maintain and update company policies as labor laws evolve.
  • Support new hires through onboarding and the 90-day process.
  • Audit personnel files and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
  • Assist with payroll, benefits audits, and federal/state reporting.
  • Keep organizational charts and job descriptions current.
  • Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive, and professional workplace.

What You Bring

  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to confidentiality.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
