Synnov Group, Inc., an established growing Chicago professional services firm is seeking a Human Resource/Office Manager for their Corporate office in Chicago to support the organization with human resources, accounting, and general office related tasks. This position will provide administrative support to the assigned departments.

MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This position will perform duties such as payroll processing, employee expense reporting, human resource functions including but not limited to; recruiting & new employee orientation, employee relations, employee benefits administration, and implementation of HR procedures, programs and practices, coordination of annual group benefit renewal, order new and/or updated business certificates of insurance. Additional duties include but not limited to efficiently running the day to day operations of the corporate office; establishing and maintaining an office filing system, coordination of meetings and conferences, supply ordering, and working on special projects as assigned.

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field preferred

MINIMUM EXPERIENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of three years of related administrative experience Bookkeeping knowledge preferred Knowledge of the construction and engineering industry preferred

SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED: Office 365 QuickBooks Performing your duties in a professional office environment will require the use of office equipment including a photocopier, scanner, computer, and telephone.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
