We are seeking an HR GENERALIST to support our Human Resources team.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide support for recruitment efforts, including posting jobs and scheduling interviews
  • Support the development of compelling and effective job postings to attract top talent
  • Identify relevant job boards
  • Participate and suggest ideas to enhance retention
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, open enrollment, and employee questions
  • Participate in developing, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Generate reports and HR metrics as needed
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and general HR matters
  • Assist with other projects as assigned

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in an engineering, technical, or professional services environment
  • Experience using HRIS and ATS platforms is a plus
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel and HR systems
  • Familiarity with social media management for recruitment purposes
  • Ability to work 5 days a week in the office

Salary range is $70,000 - $80,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
