Human Resources Specialist (Home Health)

About Us:
Prime Support Care Inc. is a licensed Home Health Agency in Miami, FL. We provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in their homes and are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our administrative team.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, and credential home health staff (nurses, aides, therapists, etc.)
  • Maintain employee files, licenses, and compliance documents
  • Support payroll processing and employee time tracking
  • Enforce HR policies and assist with documentation
  • Manage employee relations, evaluations, and corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with AHCA, HIPAA, and labor regulations

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1+ years HR experience in Home Health or healthcare required
  • Knowledge of AHCA requirements and healthcare credentialing
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
