Job Title: HR Generalist — Junior

Job Purpose: To support the Human Resources department in executing day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training coordination, and payroll support, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates, reviewing job applications, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately and consistently.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires and prepare welcome documentation.
  • Help track attendance, leaves, and time records.
  • Respond to basic employee inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior HR staff.
  • Participate in organizing training programs and internal company events.
  • Prepare HR-related reports, letters, and administrative correspondence.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee data at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
  • Good communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work within a team.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
