Human Resources Admin

Are you the kind of person who loves being the go-to problem solver, greeting people with a smile, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? If so, this is your chance to turn those skills into a career in Human Resources. At New Generation Wellness (NGW), our people are at the heart of everything we do — and we’re looking for a Human Resources Admin to help us create an engaging, welcoming, and supportive workplace.

  • Communications – Draft and distribute employee communications; provide suggestions to improve engagement.
  • Team Support – Partner with the Payroll Coordinator, HR Generalist, and HR Director on projects and daily tasks.
  • Administrative Excellence – Maintain accurate records, handle confidential information, and support special HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or HR-related studies preferred.
  • 1–3 years of related administrative, HR, or customer service experience.
  • Professional, approachable, and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; interest in learning HR systems.
  • Desire to build a career in Human Resources.

What We Offer:

  • Exposure to all areas of HR, with opportunities to learn and grow.
  • Company-sponsored training and development programs.
  • A collaborative, supportive workplace where your ideas and contributions matter.
  • The chance to help shape employee experiences and be part of NGW’s 100-year legacy.
