Human Resources Administrative Assistant

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated HR Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day HR and Payroll operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in Human Resources while gaining hands-on experience across onboarding, benefits, payroll, and employee engagement.


What You’ll Do:

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and HR audits
  • Process employee changes (promotions, transfers, etc.)
  • Draft offer letters and internal employee communications
  • Partner on employee engagement initiatives and events
  • Assist with payroll tasks including data entry, time tracking, and reporting
  • Troubleshoot timesheet issues and support payroll accuracy
  • Handle administrative tasks such as invoice processing and office coordination


What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Interest in HR and/or payroll (experience is a plus)


Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous administrative or HR experience preferred
