Human Resources Administrative Assistant

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 remote)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Start Date: ASAP, TEMP TO PERM


A fast-growing, global technology company is seeking a polished and motivated individual to join its People team as an Administrative Assistant. This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with 0 to 2 years of professional experience who is looking to build a strong foundation at the start of their career.


This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering direct exposure to senior leadership and the chance to build hands-on experience across executive support, HR operations, and recruiting within a dynamic and growing organization.


The Role

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this position provides administrative and operational support across leadership and HR functions, with a focus on supporting the CEO and CFO.


Key Responsibilities


Executive Support

  • Manage complex calendaring for the CEO, including investor and internal meetings
  • Provide light calendar support for the CFO
  • Process expense reports in a timely manner
  • Coordinate domestic travel arrangements through Navan


HR and Recruiting Operations

  • Assist with onboarding processes and employee documentation in Workday
  • Support interview coordination alongside AI-driven scheduling tools
  • Maintain accurate and organized internal systems and workflows


Office and Administrative Support

  • Manage incoming mail and deliveries
  • Provide general office coordination and support
  • Assist with day-to-day needs of a hybrid office environment


Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 0 to 2+ years of professional experience
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and polished demeanor
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and external partners
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to take ownership
  • Interest in building a career in HR, People Operations
