Human Resources Administrator

Responsibilities:

Maintain employee records and ensure that all employee data is up-to-date and accurate.

Handle the administration of employee benefits, including healthcare, retirement plans, and leave management.

Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have all the necessary information and resources.

Manage HR documentation and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Handle employee inquiries and provide support on related matters (benefits, employment certificates etc.)

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.

Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Desired Skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with HR software and tools (e.g., SuccessFactors).

Working knowledge of Dubai employment laws and HR best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
