JOB TITLE: Human Resources Administrator
JOB TYPE: Full Time / Non-Exempt
PAY: $25 / Hour
JOB LOCATION: Manville, New Jersey
DUTIES:

Handle all Human Resources information in a confidential, professional, and compliant manner.

Responsible for performing all tasks relating to recruitment, placing advertisements, preparing internal and external postings, phone screenings, reference checks, scheduling, and conducting Pre-Orientation.

Process and monitor employment-related data and update as needed (fingerprinting, education documents, criminal history checks, MVR data).

Prepare communication material for employees on issues relating to employment and special events.

Responsible for all HRIS employee data system updates, data entry, and changes (i.e., fingerprinting, training, pay rates, Mantoux, and transfers, etc.) - ensuring paperless personnel files are maintained, and items are scanned and electronically filed

Conduct quarterly Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) checks and coordinate random drug testing in accordance with agency policies and regulatory requirements.

Upload, track, and maintain all related reports and documentation to ensure compliance and audit readiness.

Act as a resource to Agency staff on various issues relating to employment.

Perform internal audits to ensure compliance with agency policies and all applicable federal, state, and regulatory requirements.

Prepare and submit the Annual Diversity Report (EEO-1) in accordance with federal reporting guidelines.

Review and verify invoices by reconciling them with employee enrollment records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
EDUCATION: Undergraduate (B.S. or B.A.) required. (Associate’s degree with a minimum of three years of related experience may be substituted.)
EXPERIENCE/TRAINING: Two to four years of direct experience in Personnel Administration required. One to three years of office/clerical experience required; well-developed computer operations experience also required.
