JOIN OUR TEAM AS A HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST!
Highly responsible Human Resources analysis work with project management responsibilities for EEOC compliance, Emergency Activation Coordination including logistics and sheltering for residents, Specialized Recruiting (including Visa and Veteran’s Preference Compliance; Maintains performance evaluation program, assist long term strategic planning, assists with new employee orientation, assists with Volunteer program, works on special projects and maintains HRIS employee data.

Essential Job Functions

Special Project responsibility to include:

  • Performance Evaluation & Development and Maintenance.
  • Personnel Policy & Procedure writing & development.
  • Job Description development.
  • Assists with Volunteer Programs.
  • Helps develop orientation curriculum.
  • EEOC compliance and Reporting
  • Emergency Activation Coordination for HR/Shelters/Logistics
  • Conducts Specialized Recruiting using on line platforms
  • Responds to surveys.
  • Assists with Employee Relations matters.
  • Completes other special projects as assigned.
  • Creates complex reports using Tyler Reporting SSRS.
  • Gain a strong knowledge and understanding of HR business processes and procedures.

  • Must be expert or proficient in Adobe Acrobat.

  • Working knowledge of data collection, data analysis and evaluation.

  • Knowledge of NeoGov or similar recruitment system.
  • Knowledge of background verification systems including CCIS, Argus, National Student Clearinghouse, SSA Business Online and eVerify.

Minimum Requirements

PHYSICAL SKILLS: Ability to communicate effectively using verbal, written and visual communication.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field. Five (5) years of human resources experience, preferably in the public sector. Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite products to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Tyler Munis preferred. SQL experience preferred.

LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS OR REGISTRATIONS: Must possess a valid Florida driver's license.
