Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources and Visit Verification professional to join our team. This role is crucial in managing various HR functions while ensuring compliance with employment regulations and enhancing employee relations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human capital management, talent acquisition, and workforce management, along with excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.

Duties

  • Oversee human capital management processes, including talent acquisition and employee orientation. PTO ,
  • Ensure compliance with FMLA, employment & labor laws, and OSHA regulations.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and facilitating conflict resolution.
  • Conduct employee evaluations and performance management assessments.
  • Implement change management strategies to support organizational development.
  • Administer benefits programs and oversee HR sourcing initiatives.
  • Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday, Paychex, for data entry and workforce management.
  • Lead strategic planning efforts related to organization design and succession planning.
  • Coordinate training & development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Maintain accurate data collection processes for reporting and analysis purposes.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on recruiting efforts using ATS platforms like iCIMS or Taleo.

Skills
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Strong knowledge of human resources management principles, including talent management and affirmative action planning.
  • Proficiency in project management techniques to oversee HR initiatives effectively.
  • Familiarity with various HR software systems such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Ceridian, or UltiPro.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees and stakeholders.
  • Experience in social media management for employer branding purposes.
  • Administrative experience with a focus on data entry and payroll processing.
  • Ability to manage conflict effectively while fostering a positive work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.60 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
