Job Title: Human Resources Assistant
Location: Franklin, TN
Shift: DAYS - 8HR: M-F
Contract: 13 weeks

Pay Range: $38/hr to $40/hr

Unit Description: • HR Experience required, preferably in a healthcare setting. • Responsibilities include: onboarding candidates, recruiting, and clerical duties such as filing and maintaining employee records Education/Training: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field or equivalent experience preferred. Licensure/Certification: • PHR or SPHR preferred • Current Tennessee Driver’s License Experience: • Two years personnel generalist experience preferred.

Pay: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
