- Job descriptionWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage key HR functions, particularly focusing on attendance management and onboarding formalities. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining employee records, ensuring accurate attendance tracking, and managing the smooth onboarding of new employees.
Key Responsibilities:1. Attendance Management
- Prepare and maintain the attendance tracking format.
- Add and delete employee names in the attendance system.
- Download and update weekly attendance data.
- Send email reminders to employees missing biometric entries.
- Verify attendance discrepancies using CCTV footage.
- Send absence notifications to concerned employees.
- Update leaves in the attendance file.
- Coordinate and collect signatures for the wage register.
2. Joining Formalities
- Send joining mails to selected candidates.
- Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
- Collect and maintain new employee documentation.
- Maintain a file with new employee basic information.
- Organize and update new employee document folders.
- Print, scan, and file all relevant HR documents.
- Send office guidelines and onboarding instructions to new employees.
- Update the ID card information file.
- Issue ESIC forms and guide employees through the process.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
