WHAT IS THIS POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- 
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee licensures, certifications, and credentials. 
- 
Code and reconcile HR-related bills, ensuring accuracy.
 
- Collaborate with the accounting department to process invoices. 
- 
Manage incoming HR requests, including inquiries from employees, managers, and external parties. 
- 
Assist in planning and organizing employee recognition programs and events. 
- 
Track employee occurrences and report excessive occurrences to department managers. 
- 
Other tasks deemed necessary.
 
WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?
- 
High School Diploma or GED required. Associates preferred. 
- 
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 
- 
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. 
- 
Demonstrated professionalism and confidence when communicating with all levels of management. 
- 
Strong prioritization and time management skills with the capacity to coordinate multiple tasks effectively. 
- 
Proactive and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
- 
Discretion and sound judgement when handling sensitive or confidential information.
