We are seeking a highly proactive and organized HR Assistant with a minimum of 1 year of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, specifically handling both IT and Non-IT roles. If you are ready to take ownership of the hiring pipeline and support various HR functions, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

As an HR Assistant, you will be crucial in ensuring we hire the best talent. Your main duties will include:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring lifecycle for diverse roles, spanning both technical (IT) and business (Non-IT) positions.
  • Sourcing & Screening: Proactively source candidates using various channels, including job portals (like Indeed), LinkedIn Recruiter, and employee referral programs. Efficiently screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between candidates and hiring managers, scheduling interviews and providing timely feedback.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update the candidate database (ATS/Excel) meticulously, ensuring accurate tracking of hiring metrics and pipeline progress.
  • HR Support: Assist in new employee onboarding, complete necessary HR documentation, and provide general administrative support for daily HR operations.

What You Bring

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of direct experience in recruitment (essential), with demonstrated ability to hire for both IT and Non-IT domains.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and coordination skills.
  • Sourcing Expertise: Proven familiarity and competence with various job portals and creative candidate sourcing techniques.
  • HR Knowledge: Basic understanding of core HR processes and best practices.
  • Tech Proficiency: Competency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
