We are currently seeking a Full-Time Human Resource Assistant to join our administrative team. This individual should be reliable, organized, and experienced in HR processes, onboarding, communication, and staff support.
Responsibilities
- Support the HR department in daily administrative and coordination tasks
- Assist with new hire onboarding, credentialing, and file completion
- Prepare and maintain
employee records in compliance with state and company policy - Track certification renewals, trainings, and background check requirements
- Assist with job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
- Assist with ABA scheduling
- Communicate efficiently with staff regarding schedules, updates, and compliance timelines
- Support payroll preparation by confirming timesheet accuracy when needed
- Maintain a professional and positive presence within the organization
Requirements
- Minimum 1.5 years Human Resources experience (required)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting needs
- Familiarity with HR software or credential tracking systems is a plus
- Must be able to work on-site daily
