We are currently seeking a Full-Time Human Resource Assistant to join our administrative team. This individual should be reliable, organized, and experienced in HR processes, onboarding, communication, and staff support.

Responsibilities

  • Support the HR department in daily administrative and coordination tasks
  • Assist with new hire onboarding, credentialing, and file completion
  • Prepare and maintain
    employee records in compliance with state and company policy
  • Track certification renewals, trainings, and background check requirements
  • Assist with job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
  • Assist with ABA scheduling
  • Communicate efficiently with staff regarding schedules, updates, and compliance timelines
  • Support payroll preparation by confirming timesheet accuracy when needed
  • Maintain a professional and positive presence within the organization

Requirements

  • Minimum 1.5 years Human Resources experience (required)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting needs
  • Familiarity with HR software or credential tracking systems is a plus
  • Must be able to work on-site daily
